By using futuregolfersofamerica.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Future Golfers of America (FGA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity, EIN 39-3445115.

Our articles and pages are for general information. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Please talk with a qualified professional about your own situation.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts to FGA and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please check with your tax advisor. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

FGA uses donations to support its mission of helping talented junior golfers compete, and decides how each gift is applied within that mission. If you made a mistake with a donation, email us and we will review your request. You can stop a monthly or yearly donation at any time by emailing us.

Nominations and Athlete Support

Anyone may nominate a junior golfer, but submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection or support. FGA reviews every nomination and makes all selection decisions. Support depends on available funding and on FGA's ability to provide meaningful help.

Please submit only information that is accurate and that you have permission to share.

Partnerships, Sponsorships and Events

Partnerships are annual and may be renewed each year. The benefits of each partnership level are those described on our Partners page and in our partner packet. Event dates, locations and details may change, and we will share updates with registered teams and partners.

Acceptable Use

Please do not misuse the site. That includes submitting false information, trying to access areas that are not public, interfering with how the site works or using it for anything unlawful.

Our Content

The FGA name, logo, photos, articles and other content on this site belong to Future Golfers of America or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask us before copying or reusing our content.

Links to Other Websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Stripe for payments and the sources listed in our articles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

Limits of Responsibility

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FGA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that come from using the site.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we update them, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
